At home, I have 2 little cats adopted from Vera, the owner of Autumnleaf cattery. One is “秋葉黃波斯斯” (Autumnleaf Wong Ballzizi) and the other is “秋葉黃波芝芝” (Autumnleaf Wong Ballgigi). Many friends laugh at the names and are curious about them. It’s a long story, but I can tell you more about it when you have time. In short, they are a combination of the names of Autumnleaf cattery, my husband’s surname and my cat’s surname. And you can guess from the name. “斯斯” is a boy while “芝芝” is a girl. Something more interesting is that the pronunciation is more or less the same as the full name of the king of the “Ching” dynasty – “愛新覺羅溥儀”

Before I adopted these two lovely pets from Vera, I bought one British Shorthair from a pet shop. I believe that the pet shop cheats me. My girl's torso is small and weak after she grows up. We know that she is not a "typical" British Shorthair. We are so upset with this bad experience.

It is not popular to get a pet from a breeder in HK. People may not know this channel or even they know that, they may think that the pet there must be very expensive. I knew this channel during the cat show last year. We are very impressed by Oakford's performance in the show. My husband and I decided to have one of Oakford's offspring. After waiting for a month, I got e-mail from Vera. She showed me my little son's photo. Wah...So lovely, we are so satisfied with this handsome boy!! At that time, we visited Vera nearly every week. We can have good understandings of their growing process. At that moment, we knew that there is another litter available and so we decided to bring another girl home.

These two "little ghost" are healthy and playful all the time. They produce lots of fun to our family and friends!!

Ballzizi is a 11 months old blue male. He is very active (almost hyper-active) haha!! He is very clever and has doggy like personality- often sitting in front of the door waiting for us. He is also very sensitive to our behavior. If he senses that we are unhappy, he will meow and stay with us. What's a lovely cat!

Ballgigi is a 9 months old blue female. She is a thin girl before the age of 6 month. She suddenly grows up in two months before the Cat Show. She is now very big in size and she inherited many quality attributes from her father Oakford. Can you imagine this little princess looks like her father Oakford? Look at the picture you can get the answer!!

To me, a nice pet must have good temperament and healthy. These two "honey" are so lovely that always bring happiness to us. We are so proud of their achievements in the Cat Shows.

Vera and Herbert are my good friends and we often have gatherings. Friendship Forever!!

From Vera : Ballzizi becomes CFA Grand Premier at 9 months old and Ballgigi proudly show-off herself in her first show and took Best Cat in Darrell's ring at only 8 months and 3 days old as Open against 63 cats in Premiership
